Girls Tennis

4th at Sub-sectionals

"Smashing" certainly is a word to describe the Menomonie Girls' Tennis team.  For the
first time in the school's history, the Girl's Tennis team took the Conference title.   They
were led by the doubles teams of Kris and Katie Ritland, and Lynn Schulman and
Kristy Wikum, along with singles players Mary Ellison and Ann Hokanson.  The Ritland-
Ritland team advanced to the 13th WIAA State Tennis Tournament held in Madison.
